| FROM
THE NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE |
- Take Exit 9 and
bear right out of toll plaza. Follow signs for Route 18
North - New Brunswick, merging left onto Route 18 North.
(expect rush hour delays at toll plaza & on Route
18).
- Cross over Route
1, go straight through two traffic lights (Paulus Blvd.
& Commercial Ave.), ignoring the orange "George St. Detour" sign at Commercial Ave. light. Cross over Route 27.
- Take the next
exit, identified as "George Street - Rutgers Univ."
(large overhead sign).
- Turn left onto
George St. Take the first right onto Seminary Place and
proceed to the stop sign.
- Turn right onto
College Ave.
- Brower Commons
will be a few blocks ahead on your right, a large brick
building with white pillars. The Rutgers Student Center
is across the street.

- Take exit for "Route
18 North - New Brunswick." (expect rush hour delays)
- Follow directions
from the NJ Turnpike exit 9 for Route 18 North.

ROUTE 287 |
- Take Exit 10 for
"527/Easton Ave./So. Bound Brook/New Brunswick".
- Bear right on
Route 527 South (Easton Avenue) for about 4 miles.
- Several blocks
past St. Peter's Medical Center, turn left onto Bartlett
Street.
- Go to College
Avenue and turn left.
- Brower Commons
will be on your right, the Rutgers Student Center on your
left.

GARDEN STATE PARKWAY (NORTH or SOUTH) |

Southbound - Coming
from northern New Jersey
- Take Exit 129
for NJ Turnpike and head south.
- Follow directions
to campus from Route 18 North, below.
Northbound - Coming
from southern New Jersey
- Take Exit 105
and follow signs for Route 18 North.
- After approx.
24 miles, pass the entrance for the NJ Turnpike and continue
on Route 18 North.
(expect rush hour delays on Route 18 through New Brunswick).
- Pass the exit
for "Route 27" and take the next exit for "George Street
- Rutgers University" (approx. 2.6 miles).
- Turn left onto
George Street.
- Make the first
right onto Seminary Place.
- At the stop sign,
turn right onto College Avenue.
- Brower Commons
will be on your right, the Rutgers Student Center on the
left.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION |
- Take a NJ Transit
train (Northeast Corridor line) to New Brunswick. (www.njtransit.com)
- Exit the train
station onto Easton Ave. and turn right.
- Proceed to the
light and turn right onto Somerset Street.
- Go one block and
turn left onto College Ave.
- About four long
blocks ahead, Brower Commons will be on your right, the
Student Center on your left. Walking time is 15 minutes.
Taxis available - inquire in the train station.

| From
College Ave., proceed past Brower Commons and turn right onto
Senior St. into the parking deck. PLEASE NOTE: The parking
deck has stairs leading outside, then another set of stairs
leading into the building. There is no elevator. If you are
carrying a lot of material, or display cases on wheels, drop
them off at the back corner of Brower Commons on College Ave.
(just prior to Senior St.), where there is a ramp into the building. |

| From
College Ave., turn left onto Senior St., take the next left
onto Sicard St. and another left into parking lot #30. Bear
to the right and pull up behind the building. The back doors
will be open, but there are stairs if you bring materials in
this way. If you come in through the front doors and are carrying
materials, take the elevator to Level 2. Additional parking
may be available in Lots #26 & #11. Come early - parking
is at a premium. |
